Global Warranty Policy
Due to limited global presence, logistical difficulties and servicing capabilities we would like to inform you about our following warranty policy:
- Kinderkraft-branded products purchased and used in the territory of:
- European Union member states, excluding overseas territories, especially: Azores, Madeira, Canary Islands, French overseas departments, Åland Islands, Athos, Ceuta, Melilla, Heligoland, Büsingen am Hochrhein, Campione d'Italia and Livigno;
- United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, excluding British overseas territories, especially: Falklands, Bermuda and Cayman Islands;
- United States of America;
(hereinafter: "Products") are covered by specific warranty provisions (hereinafter: “Warranty”). Particular Warranty is in each and every case offered to consumers who have purchased Kinderkraft Products for private use (hereinafter: "Consumers"). Various Warranty provisions may apply depending on the territory of purchase, please check specific Warranty provisions for your country.
- If the Warranty applies, the warrantor is 4kraft sp. z o. o. as a limited liability company under Polish law with its registered office in Poznań, business address: ul. Tatrzańska 1/5, 60-413 Poznań, Poland, entered into the Polish National Court Register (KRS) kept by the District Court in Poznań, KRS entry number: 0000378767, NIP (Tax Identification Number): PL 7811861679 (hereinafter: “Warrantor”).
- If no abovementioned limited Warranty applies, statutory warranty claims apply.
- Notwithstanding any warranty, the Consumer has statutory warranty rights, which are not restricted in any way by the Warranty.
- In any instance, the Warranty does not apply to:
- Damage due to improper use or poor maintenance – including but not limited to mechanical damage to the Products done by improper use or poor maintenance;
- Please read the Product instructions for use and maintenance in the user manual;
- Damage due to improper assembly, installation or disassembly of Products and/or accessories;
- Please read the Product instructions for use and installation in the user manual;
- Damage due to poor maintenance, care and storage;
- Damage due to normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of materials;
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, force majeure incidents etc.;
- Products that have been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of the Warrantor;
- Products from which any serial number has been removed or defaced from;
- Damage caused by use with a third-party component or product – including but not limited to cupholders, umbrellas, reflectors and bells;
- Second ownership or ownership by anyone other than the original Consumer;
- Damage due to improper use or poor maintenance – including but not limited to mechanical damage to the Products done by improper use or poor maintenance;
- The Warranty does not apply to claims concerning technical parameters of the Product if they are consistent with the Warrantor’s instructions or other documents specifying the technical parameters of the Product.
