What's the order delivery date?

We execute orders within 24 hours, provided that their status is "paid" or "cash on delivery". The delivery time is between 24 and 48 hours. If you do not receive the product within this time, please contact us. We will do everything we can to ensure that your order is delivered to you as soon as possible.

The package did not include proof of purchase.

We send the proof of purchase by e-mail. For the sake of the environment, we do not attach a paper invoice for purchases. However, if you have not received the message with the attached document, please contact us. We will resend your proof of purchase.

The package I received had a different product to the one I ordered.

Although it is rare, in the case of a large number of orders, the warehouse may make a mistake and ship the product that does not match the order. In this case, please contact us: pomoc@kinderkraft.com, tel. 0048 61 646 02 37. We will pick up the wrong product and set the terms of shipment of the appropriate goods.

What should I do if the courier came with the package, but I wasn't home?

If the courier did not find you at home, he will make at least one more attempt to deliver the parcel. However, you must remember that the courier is under no obligation to contact you. In case of failure, the parcel goes to the local warehouse of the courier company, from where you can pick it up on your own. After the specified time is exceeded, the parcel returns to us. If you have been waiting for your order for several days, be sure to contact us. We will make every effort to ensure that the package reaches you as soon as possible.

My package has been damaged.

If you notice that the package is damaged, at the time of delivery, refuse to accept it and contact us immediately. We will set the conditions for re-shipment and delivery of a full-fledged product.

Can I pick up the goods in person?

Unfortunately, pickup in person is not possible. We only run an online store with mail order sale.

Do I need to have an account to place an order?

No, it is not necessary to have an account. You can make purchases without registering. However, if you choose this option, you will not be able to check your order history. We encourage you to take advantage of the registration option, as it has various benefits.
