Complaints

If the product you purchase is damaged or has a fault, it is important that you let us know. We'll replace the faulty product with one free of defects or eliminate the fault as soon as possible. The manufacturer's warranty is valid for two years from the date of purchase/release of the product.

How do you file a complaint?

Complete the form

Complete the form on the complaints page. Prepare your proof of purchase, contact details and information about the product and the fault.

Wait for the courier

After we approve your application, we'll dispatch a courier to you, who will pick up the packaged product at our cost.

Product repair

As soon as the product is received by an authorised repair centre, we'll start repairing it.

Product at your home

The fixed or replaced product will be delivered to the address you provided.

We'll keep you up to date.

    After the Customer Service Department reviews your application, we'll inform you about the case number you've been assigned within 24 hours.

    You'll receive further instructions, including information about the date and time when the courier will arrive to pick up the product involved in the complaint.

How can I file a complaint?

In order to submit a complaint, fill in the form on our website: https://rma.kinderkraft.com. In the claim please include a detailed problem description, provide a proof of purchase and, if possible, attach a photo or a short video showcasing the issue. After accepting the order, we will return to you with information about the assigned case number. If we can, we will repair your product. Otherwise, you will receive the necessary spare parts from us or we will replace the goods with a new one.

My product is incomplete (e.g. parts of the set are missing).

If you receive an incomplete product, fill in the form on our website: https://rma.kinderkraft.com, selecting the "shortage of delivery" type of report. In the application, provide the symbols of the missing elements from the user manual attached to the product. We will replace the missing parts or, if necessary, replace the product with a new one.

What's the warranty period?

The warranty period for Kinderkraft products is 2 years. For accessories attached to the device - batteries, chargers, additional or spare accessories - the warranty is 6 months.
